Shipping & Delivery
Orders completed before 12 midday (Monday - Friday) will be picked and dispatched that day. We use a third party courier who will deliver the package within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Very occasionally, due to circumstances outside our control, we can not guarantee delivery within 3 working days, but we always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.
We charge a flat rate of €12 for all deliveries, to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.  Collection from our Warehouse is free. We do deliver to Northern Ireland and UK please contact us for rates.
Privacy & Security
All the information we collect, is confidential, private and secure. We only collect information when you knowingly give it and under no circumstances will we share or give it to a third party.
Returns & Replacements
TFS Wholesale will accept returns for broken or faulty goods. Customers must notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You may be asked for photographic evidence of the fault. A replacement will be shipped as soon as the fault has been verified.
To order Wholesale we require a valid VAT number, as well as the full name and address of your business. We have no minimum order on this website. While we make every effort to keep our website up to date, due to face to face sales, the website may not updated straight away. Should this happen, you will be contacted and offered a substitute or a refund for that item. To create an account, click here. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payment through Paypal or Bank Transfer. We now also accept Credit and Debit Card over the phone or in Store. Transfer details will be supplied once your order is placed. Please be advised that orders will not ship until payment has settled.
